When will I receive my order?

Your order is very important to us. Please note that due to high demand, your item may take 5-10 business days to arrive. However, most of our products arrive much sooner. Please be patient if your order does not arrive the next day—this does not include our 1-2 day processing time.

Rest assured, all orders come with a Tracking Number so you can shop with peace of mind.


Where is my Tracking Number?

Your Tracking Number will be emailed to you within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. If you don’t receive it within 7 days, please reach out to our friendly support team!

Will I be charged customs and taxes?

Our prices are tax-free in USD, meaning you may be liable for duties and taxes upon receiving your order. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not covered by us.

What if I provided the wrong address?

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If you need to change your address, email nex.w.tech@gmail.com immediately. We will do our best to update it, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

If the package is returned to us, we can reship it to the correct address or issue a full refund.
